Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Beesdam website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & orders

All Beesdam seat covers and accessories are custom-made to order for your specified vehicle. It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year and seating configuration) at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept card payments, instant EFT, and flexible payment through Stitch (pay over 2 to 6 interest-free instalments). Prices and product specifications may change without notice.

Made-to-order & lead times

Please allow 15 to 20 business days for manufacturing plus 3 to 5 business days for delivery. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Warranty

Our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and a perfect-fit guarantee, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beesdam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
