Returns & Refunds
Beesdam seat covers are custom-made to order for your exact vehicle. Because each set is manufactured specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, in line with the Consumer Protection Act provisions for goods made to a customer's specifications.
Perfect-Fit Guarantee
We stand behind our fit. If your covers do not fit correctly because of an error on our side, we will repair or remake them at no charge.
Faulty or defective goods
All Beesdam products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your covers arrive damaged, faulty, or develop a defect under normal use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (for transit damage) or as soon as a defect appears. We will assess the item and repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.
How to lodge a claim
Email stefan@beesdam.co.za or WhatsApp +27 82 490 4792 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please do not return any item before contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
