Refund and Returns Policy

At Beesdam, we take pride in delivering premium, custom-fit seat covers tailored to your specific vehicle. Because each order is made to order especially for your car, our return and refund policy reflects the custom nature of our products.

Custom-Made Orders

All Beesdam seat covers are custom-manufactured to fit your specific vehicle make, model, and year. As such, custom-made orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made an error in manufacturing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To process a defect or incorrect item claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the defect or discrepancy

Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect vehicle details submitted by the customer, or preference-based reasons.

Please ensure that all vehicle details (make, model, year, and seat configuration) are correctly provided at the time of ordering. Beesdam will not be liable for products that do not fit due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided manufacturing has not yet commenced. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accommodated as production will have begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at stefan@beesdam.co.za.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
