At Beesdam, every product is made to order for your vehicle. Because of this, we can only accept returns in specific cases.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Custom-made seat covers cannot be returned for change of mind or if the wrong vehicle/model was ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@beesdam.co.za with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and advise on the next steps.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
