Refund & Returns Policy

At Beesdam, every product is made to order for your vehicle. Because of this, we can only accept returns in specific cases.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Custom-made seat covers cannot be returned for change of mind or if the wrong vehicle/model was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@beesdam.co.za with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@beesdam.co.za with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions.
